Meet Our Leader

Prophet Joshua Goins is married to his lovely wife Eulinda Goins of 19 years. They have two children, Joshlynn 12, Joshua 11.
Called to ministry at 16 years old, graduated MTI (Ministerial Training Institute) Bible Institute 2002 Bachelors in Theology, 2003 Masters in Biblical Counseling, 2004 Doctorate of Ministry. I have served as Assistant Pastor of Victory Worship Ministries International Senior Pastor Dr. Brian Goins for 15 years. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit I have been commissioned to establish a ministry "Eternal Reign Community Outreach" in the city of Moreno Valley, CA (Coming Soon)
